The first step is an introduction. For us to understand your ideas and transform them into realities.
At this stage we consult with our customers to acquire a clear understanding of what is desired, expected and the budget allocated for your project. Our experienced team will answer any questions you may have about the process.
CONCEPT
The aim of this phase is to collectively create a project draft you are completely satisfied with.
Every project is unique; however, our partnerships begins from the same fundamentals: viewing the property. To realise your vision, we need to understand the space.
We will collect detailed measurements supported by photographic documentation. We strive to continuously tailor our project to our mutual vision throughout the entirety of the project.
PROJECT
After meeting with you, our team of designers will begin preparing the project.
At this stage we will create and present to you our vision in line with your ideas and specifications. Once you have seen our creation, together we can make any alterations to achieve the desired final outcome.
MATERIALS
This phase is often considered the most complex. However simultaneously the most pleasurable and rewarding.
Throughout the material selection, we aim to provide superior quality at desirable prices. At your request, we provide numerous options depending on what you require, whether your concerns are budget constraints or material quality.
IMPLEMENTATION
With the finish line in sight, our mutual vision transforms into a reality as implementation commences.
We can take the reins at this point whilst you sit back, relax, and watch our experienced and certified contractors make your project a reality.
If you wish, we can conduct the supervision and quality assurance throughout the process of implementation. We place particular emphasis on quality and punctuality.
Satisfaction
Our main objective and measure of quality for our projects is based on your absolute satisfaction of the final outcome.
Once the project is complete, we try to maintain a good relationship with all clients. Should further questions or concerns arise, we are always at your disposal.
We offer further support post-project, such as preparing a property for sale or rent.
